This is planning under pressure. This is teamwork in the wild.

You and your team, equipped with survival gear and supplies, set off to battle the perils of the Amazon in search of this fabled treasure.

You will experience the impact of planning, resource utilisation, teamwork, appropriate risk-taking, and the value of information gathering.

Participants are placed in circumstances with limited time and resources and must rely on their performance skills and their team to maximise their results. The pressures and intensity in Jungle Fire are similar to those experienced daily in a hectic work schedule. Participants contend with deadlines, challenging circumstances, others’ points of view, and the pressure to “get going” while trying to accomplish their objective.

Why Jungle Fire™

Real leadership capability is revealed under pressure.

Jungle Fire™ activates change at the level that matters most — how people think, decide and behave when stakes are high and information is incomplete.

Our methodology is grounded in behavior science, drawing on research in learning, motivation, decision-making and habit formation. The result is not temporary insight, but measurable behavior shift.

We don’t deliver training events.
We design transformation experiences that translate directly into business impact.
