MANAGING CHANGE
In Kaleidoscope™, participants are put in teams who then compete to earn as many points as possible in the time allotted. To earn points, each team must complete tasks in a constantly changing environment.
Throughout the experience, teams are presented with opportunities to change, earn more points, and achieve high goals. The discussion focuses on the key principles of managing change, in a dynamic environment that mirrors the work environment in which participants currently operate.
Kaleidoscope is an activity where participants are challenged to construct towers consecutively that increase in height and difficulty to build. Participants are forced to confront and make decisions around managing change.
