Giving our story was a highlight for me. Hearing other people’s backgrounds and how they came to be where there at was great. Although I had troubles with my own story struggling physically from the night shift work schedule and transitioning to days, I still found it inspiring. To listen, and creating a culture of accountability has really stuck out in my mind.
