Neil Stephens
Global CEO
Neil Stephens is Global CEO of Eagles Flight, partnering with organizations around the world to translate ambitious strategy into measurable business performance by shaping the everyday behaviors that drive execution.
Over more than three decades, Neil has held general management, commercial and functional leadership roles across some of the world’s largest and most complex organizations. Having spent his career leading businesses and transformation from the inside, he understands the realities of aligning people, culture and execution across Europe and international markets. That experience has reinforced a simple belief: sustainable performance is created when people understand not only what needs to change, but why it matters and how to make it happen every day.
Known for combining strategic thinking with a grounded and approachable leadership style, Neil is passionate about building organizations where high performance and humanity strengthen one another. His work reflects Eagles Flight’s belief that extraordinary results come from changing the conversations, behaviors and habits that shape everyday performance.
Outside work, Neil enjoys rugby, travel and wildlife, and values spending time with his wife and three sons.

Global CFO & CEO, LATAM
With more than 35 years at Eagles Flight, Dave Root has helped shape the company's growth from a North American business into a global leader in experiential learning and behavior change. Throughout his career, he has focused on operational excellence, building the systems and financial discipline that enable sustainable growth. Today, as Global Chief Financial Officer and CEO of LATAM, Dave leads Eagles Flight global financial strategy while driving growth and operational excellence across Latin America. His leadership combines strategic thinking with practical execution, helping strengthen the organization and create long-term value for clients, partners, and employees. Passionate about building healthy organizations, Dave believes lasting business success comes from aligning people, purpose, and performance.
Andrew Thomas
CEO, Asia Pacific
Andrew has spent nearly 40 years mastering the art of communication and leadership, building Southeast Asia's largest PR network before turning his energy toward igniting cultural transformation across organizations. Today, he leads Eagles Flight's charge across Asia Pacific, drawing on his experience coaching global leaders at UBS, Intel, and PayPal to help others unlock their full potential.
