Neil Stephens is Global CEO of Eagles Flight, partnering with organisations around the world to transform strategy into sustained performance through behaviour. Over more than 30 years, Neil has led businesses, commercial teams and transformation across international markets, building a reputation for combining commercial rigour with a deeply human approach to leadership.
Dave Root
CEO, LATAM
As President of US business, Dave oversees all of the Operational areas for that company as well. Recently Dave has become the President of our Global Business, and in this role he is looking to expand our presence in global markets both directly and through licensees. Over the years, Dave has spearheaded and been heavily involved in the implementation of financial and customer relationship management systems in our corporate head office and throughout our regional locations across North America.

Andrew has spent nearly 40 years mastering the art of communication and leadership, building Southeast Asia's largest PR network before turning his energy toward igniting cultural transformation across organizations. Today, he leads Eagle's Flight's charge across Asia Pacific, drawing on his experience coaching global leaders at UBS, Intel, and PayPal to help others unlock their full potential.
