Behind every Eagle’s Flight experience is a global team of leaders, facilitators, designers, and learning professionals committed to helping organizations strengthen performance through meaningful learning and performance-guided discussions.
Phil founded Eagle’s Flight over 35 years ago with a bold vision: to transform how organizations build stronger leaders, teams, and cultures — and grew that vision into a company now trusted in more than 35 countries around the world. Drawing on an 18-year career at Nestlé Canada, where he rose to the Executive team as SVP of Human Resources, Phil has authored numerous books on leadership and culture transformation, and continues to shape Eagle’s Flight’s global growth today.

Neil Stephens
Global CEO
Neil Stephens is Global CEO of Eagles Flight, partnering with organisations around the world to transform strategy into sustained performance through behaviour. Over more than 30 years, Neil has led businesses, commercial teams and transformation across international markets, building a reputation for combining commercial rigour with a deeply human approach to leadership.
Dave Root
CEO, LATAM
As President of US business, Dave oversees all of the Operational areas for that company as well. Recently Dave has become the President of our Global Business, and in this role he is looking to expand our presence in global markets both directly and through licensees. Over the years, Dave has spearheaded and been heavily involved in the implementation of financial and customer relationship management systems in our corporate head office and throughout our regional locations across North America.
Andrew Thomas
CEO, Asia Pacific
Andrew has spent nearly 40 years mastering the art of communication and leadership, building Southeast Asia's largest PR network before turning his energy toward igniting cultural transformation across organizations. Today, he leads Eagle's Flight's charge across Asia Pacific, drawing on his experience coaching global leaders at UBS, Intel, and PayPal to help others unlock their full potential.

Simon is a professional in the field of learning and development. He firmly believes that people love to learn, even if they don't realise it. Simon is committed to providing learning solutions that empower individuals to grow both professionally and personally. His specialty lies in creating contextual learning experiences that yield valuable and impactful outcomes. Through his work, he has facilitated real transformations that align with the organisations' business goals.

The quality of a learning experience is shaped as much by the facilitator as the design itself.
Our facilitation community includes experienced learning professionals from around the world who have worked with leaders, teams, and organizations across a wide range of industries and cultures. Rather than facilitating toward a predetermined outcome, they help participants examine what emerged, understand its impact, and connect those insights to the realities of their work.
The result is a learning experience that remains responsive to the people in the room while staying connected to the performance outcomes that matter most.
Tim brings rare scientific rigour and real-world credibility to behaviour change, drawing on his standing as an award-winning Chartered Psychologist and Honorary Professor at UCL Institute of Education, alongside 25 years designing performance, leadership, and culture change programmes for major organizations. His work at the highest levels of elite sport, including eight years as First Team Psychologist at Arsenal and his role as Head of Psychology and Wellbeing under Mikel Arteta, now fuels his mission to help Eagle’s Flight leaders turn insight into sustained, higher-performing behaviour and culture.
